Share the Healthy Northeast Ohio Fact Sheet: Share this fact sheet with others in your community who may be interested in learning more about the site. 

Add a Widget: Use the Healthy Northeast Ohio widget to add a link to healthyneo.org from your site.

Host a Mini-Dashboard: A mini-dashboard allows you to display indicators with icons to see how a specific indicator(s) and/or location(s) are doing compared to a selected comparison value. A mini-dashboard can include a link back to the Healthy Northeast Ohio website. Review and complete the Request Form.

Submit Local Data: The Healthy Northeast Ohio team is able to upload local data indicators from our partners to the website. Please review the Adding Local Data FAQ document to learn more about this process. Please contact us for additional information.

Collaborate on a Data Story: The Story Module allows for combining data and other content to create a cohesive narrative about the health and status of a community. Contact the Healthy Northeast Ohio team if you are interested in collaborating on a data story.

View Data Scoring Tool Reports: The Data Scoring Tool is based on methodology developed by Conduent-Healthy Communities Institute.
